2nd INSTEM Conference

 

The second INSTEM conference was a three-day event that took place on March 25-27, 2014, in Halle (Saale), Germany. It was organized by the INSTEM partners at the Martin-Luther-University in Halle as well as the project coordinator, University of Education Freiburg, Germany.

 

                               

 

Theme of the conference was the utilization and knowledge derived from projects as well as mutual learning about how to implement this knowledge effectively. To achieve this, national working groups were asked to gather information regarding national and international strategies of embedding innovative practices which are based on project knowledge.

During this three-day conference, plenary discussions and group work sessions with a variety of target groups were the main focus. The invited guests of the conference represented a variety of different stakeholders and target groups such as national project leaders, policy makers, teacher educators and trainers, teachers, researchers as well as members of national school boards.
